Billing Committee Materials
The NUBC is a voluntary
committee whose work is coordinated through the offices of the
American Hospital Association. The AHA's Health Data
Management Group serves as chair and secretary to the committee
and is, therefore, the official source of information for NUBC
activities.

Competitively priced UB/HCFA-1450 claim forms are

National Uniform Billing
Committee Data Specifications Manual
A UB-04 subscription includes a
printable electronic version of the UB-04 Data Specifications
Manual (we do not provide hard copies of the Manual) as well as access to
documents posted on the Subscribers Only section
of the NUBC web site. This section of the
web site contains meeting minutes (a searchable ten-year archive), emergency changes, errata,
and clarifications.
The cost of a single user UB-04 subscription is
$150 payable by check or credit card. The subscription
period runs form July 1 to June 30; all subscribers are on the
same cycle. Information on renewals (i.e.,
how to obtain subsequent UB-04 Manuals) will be sent to
subscribers in April 2008. Click here
